Friday Night to Sunday Arvo

Designed for Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra Runners

A bit about the Facilitator;

- Struggled Running 3km in High school - 24+ min for 3km

- 2x Melb mara, a couple of my own training ones

- 100km Surf Coast

- Ironman

- 168km at a 24hrs Athletics Track Event

- 56km @ Two Bays

- Over Half Way through 100 Runs with 100 mates

- 100's of km on Trails

- Spent 100's of Hours Experiementing & Learning about Mindset

- A couple more Ultra in the works
