Gathering runners to find trails on the weekend

Not another run club…RUN CREW

JOIN when you can to explore some epic trails around Melbourne

Want to make it as inclusive as possible however a solid base level of running is required… We suggest;

  • Can run a half marathon comfortably approx. @6:00min per km

  • Running Elevation is Hilly, and harder than flat running, we won’t run all the hills,

    Assume 1000m Elevation is Approx. 10km Flat Running

We will aim to car pool out to the trails, so transferring $10-15 to the driver or coffee is greatly appreciated!

Reccomdations

  • Have a running vest or belt to carry nutrition and hydration, err on the side of a little more

  • Snake Bite Bandage

  • Running Shoes with Good Grip if possible

  • Smile and Laugh, these can be hard, a keep going attitude goes a long way!
